Mapping personas to activity dimensions
Mapping out behavior and features for a product. At this stage, we have a set of personas already, and we need to understand how the personas might feel about each feature or how they might fall on each behavioral or attitudinal dimension. The hope is that the personas will fall into identifiable and understandable clumps across a number of those dimensions.
Best done as a group exercise in a shared space, whatever protocol the team chooses, this is one of those design activities that is fun and calls out for whiteboards and Post-It notes.
